Enterprise Recruitment Looking for Executive Administrator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Administrator to join our client supporting their Senior Management Team and Country Manager. You will be overseeing the day to day operations and all general administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. We are looking for some one who is professional and holds great communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and accurate person looking for hours and wanting to work in a successful and dynamic environment.

This role is a long term temporary role based in the CBD of Auckland. Mon – Fri 40 hours per week.

Start as early as end of September.

Pay rate will be based on experience and skills but will sit between $25 – $32 per hour for the right candidate.

The Role

• Providing administrative support to senior leaders
• Screening calls, scheduling meetings,
• Co-ordinating schedules
• Organising travel arrangements
• Preparing reports and financial data
• Ad hoc administrative duties

About You

• Proven admin experience
• High level of English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual & Reliable
• Proficient in MS Office suite as well as a general competence with computers
• Friendly & approachable
• Able to train and mentor others
