Be the driving force supporting the HR team, providing proactive administration, advisory services, and recruitment support, collaborate closely with HR managers across the business to deliver top-notch HR services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Limited To)

• Support the National Recruitment Manager in navigating the complex world of Immigration Employer Accreditation and its legal requirements.
• Offer valuable support in employment relations matters
• Contribute to the enhancement of their HR technology, reducing manual intervention and introducing new tools where appropriate
• Take an active role in the recruitment and attraction process, working closely with the National Recruitment Manager
• Play a key role in change management initiatives, working alongside our HR Managers to facilitate organisational transitions
• Oversee HR processes, systems, and databases, ensuring data integrity
• Provide valuable general administration support to the HR managers and the GM People and Capability, assisting with various tasks to keep the HR operations running smoothly.

Qualifications And Experience

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in an HR administration/coordination role or a relevant education in HR. However, we also welcome enthusiastic newcomers who are eager to learn and grow.
• Your exceptional relationship-building skills allow you to effectively connect with stakeholders at all levels, building trust and rapport.
• You possess a working knowledge of HR reporting, metrics, and employee benefits programs, enabling you to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Your intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as your comfort with technology tools, ensures you can hit the ground running and make a significant impact from day one.
