We are currently looking for a Recruitment Partner to operate an industrial temp desk in our Wellington branch. This would be delivering to a variety of clients within multiple industries, working alongside our experienced branch manager and collaborative team. In addition to the end-to-end recruitment, there is a heavy focus on business development, to develop and grow the desk to its full potential within the market.

The Role

As a Recruitment Partner on an industrial temp desk, you will be account managing a portfolio of established clients, candidate management, building and developing relationships, providing a high standard of service, and delivering on job orders. Alongside this you will be growing your talent pool and investing time into business development and engaging in networking events.

The client focus in our industrial space refers to: Construction, manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, removals, traffic management, roofing and more. Ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained, you will work with an accessible database and national resources in support of your role and delivery.
