About the Role | Kōrero mō te tūranga
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Environment Canterbury responds to and investigates reported or potential environmental-related incidents under the Resource Management Act and related legislation. These include water, land, coastal, air pollution, waste and hazardous substances that potentially have adverse impacts on our environment.

As a representative of Environment Canterbury’s investigations team, you’ll bring your highly developed interpersonal skills as you carry out investigations and enforcement of compliance and non-compliance of environmental issues.
The work will see you actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
