Essential Functions:

• Min 5 year’s experience in electric circuit simulation
• Good working knowledge in one of the following professional circuit simulation tools. Cadence PSpice, Xepedition AMS, Saber etc. Those who have experience with Cadence tool will be given preference.
• In-depth knowledge in running worst case, Monte-carlo and sensitivity analysis, RSS & temperature variation assessment etc.
• Experience in model creation using VHDL, datasheet etc
• Good understanding of the analog/digital/power electronics design
• Keep up to date with the latest technology and tools and upgrade accordingly.
• Work closely with other competencies for the smooth integration of the development projects and to deliver cost effective functional solutions
• Actively participate in design reviews, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned deployment.
• Identify schematic level problems and describe potential solutions. Ensure that critical issues are addressed before they have a major impact to schedule.
• Estimate, execute, and validate tasks to design, model, and simulate design blocks.
• Make decisions based on the right set of business and/or technical drivers. Explain your reasoning/rationale behind decisions to gain acceptance and buy-in.
• Good understanding and capability to select the right components for the application.
• Good working level knowledge in the areas of product verification, validation, certification and EMC/EMI tests.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters or PhD in electrical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years in circuit simulation including circuit design, component selection and qualification process. Less experience with relevant Master/PhD is acceptable.
