EP America is expanding aggressively worldwide and we are looking for highly creative and entrepreneurial talent to help us achieve our most outrageous goals and have fun in the process. Our Business Development Specialist, will lead the development and execution of Customer Attraction strategies and programs designed to improve the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years’ of sales or account management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is a plus
