Our client, a well established national law firm, are looking for a high calibre corporate and commercial lawyer to join the growing practice of their Auckland team. Ideally you will have strong proven M&A experience and will gain exposure to a great variety of M&A and commercial work working with clients in consumer markets and sectors including FMCG, QSR, travel, logistics, advertising and retail for a range of clients with impressive luxury and global brands.
You will need to be the consummate team player, have an enquiring mind and genuinely interested in what’s happening in consumer markets. Most of all you will be a fun team member, enthusiastic and passionate about your work. It goes without saying you will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your work load. This is a young and energised team offering a very collaborative environment and they are looking for someone who will complement them and embrace their culture and ideals.
