Epic Receptionists Hiring for Virtual Receptionist Job at Remote Full Time

Epic Receptionists is seeking an experienced phone agent to work 30-40 hours a week (10am-7pm or 12pm – 7pm Eastern time). This is a contract-to-hire position, it will start as a two-month contract position (1099), with the intention to extend indefinitely or convert to a W2 for the right candidate.

We are a boutique live call answering service that aims to help small business owners and their staff regain time in their day by reducing distractions while making sure they never miss another important phone call or client opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Be the first point of contact for multiple small businesses
• Answer incoming calls using a softphone
• Scheduling appointments using different scheduling systems

• Perform outbound and follow up calls on an as-needed basis
• Perform warm transfers to a number of different clients
• Capture notes/summaries about every call you handle

What you must have to be considered for the position:

• A working computer (laptop or desktop) running Windows 10 or macOS Mojave (or above)

• A friendly and confident demeanor
• A fantastic phone voice

• Proficient typing skills
• Good memory
• Comfortable working with technology and modern software

• Ability to clearly capture and summarize the main points of a conversation

Things that will get you extra brownie points:

• You have worked in a remote position before

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 per hour
