Epicor Software Corporation Hiring for Marketing Project Manager Job at Monterrey Full Time

This position will manage project scope and timelines for our internal clients and the Performance Marketing team. These projects will involve multi-channel communications and will be liaising between strategy, design, social, digital, and content teams. It will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces to multifaceted, multichannel cross functional campaigns/projects.

What You’ll Do:
Communicating with stakeholders and carrying out other supervisory responsibilities

Assuring project profitability

Implementing marketing strategies by coordinating team member activities

Breaking down approved projects into production schedules

Organizing milestones and projects in the project management system

Coordinating resource allocation with other Marketing Managers

Gathering the necessary assets to develop a project

Communicating timelines to clients and other team members

Obtaining client feedback and working through edits and revisions

Obtaining project approval and sign-off

What You Need to Succeed:
Expert organizational skills

Strong ability to multi-task

Outstanding communication skills

Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology

Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines

Previous experience in project management applications (Preferred)

Knowledge in processes creation and change management (Preferred)

Strong negotiation, problem solving, decision-making and time management skills
