Job title:

Job responsibilities:

• Plays a business partner role to internal and external teams to shape strategic brand and campaign visions, and then translating them into full 360 integrated campaign strategies, leveraging content, digital marketing, outreach programmes, creative activations and marketing partnerships
• Designs culturally relevant, innovative and insights-driven communications and campaign vehicles, by drawing on relevant business and customer insights
• Creates and optimises overall go-to-market plans in consultation with internal teams and marketing agencies based on allocated budgets, agreed campaign outcomes and KPIs
• Develops campaign playbooks and establishes performance reporting frameworks, templates, etc to instil consistency in the marketing process and build a data-driven culture within the team
• Undertakes the setting up of dashboards to centralise performance reviews and benchmarking
• Works closely with internal teams and agencies to develop and implement brand audit studies that assess effectiveness and impact of campaigns
• Appoints and manages marketing agencies on retainer, ensuring a healthy agency-client relationship

Job requirements:

• Degree in Marketing
• At least 12 years of proven experience in integrated brand and marketing or strategy planning role in an agency or in-house setting, preferably in B2C marketing
• Possess strong understanding of the evolving audience and media landscape in Singapore, and how different channels relate to each other
• Experience in marketing budget planning and optimisation
• Able to run integrated brand and marketing campaigns aimed at effecting perception and behavioural changes among the general Singapore population
• Good communication skills and professional working attitude
• Able to work under tight reporting timelines
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
