We now require a Part- Time Pet Specialist for our Coolock store-20 hrs

Requirements:

-Flexibility all days between Monday to Sunday is a necessary working requirement. We require a few days mid week day flexibility and weekend cover also.

· Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills through previous retail experience

· QQI Level 5 Animal Care Certificate – desirable but not essential

· Detailed knowledge of pet welfare, pet nutrition and animal husbandry

· Extremely efficient, excellent attention to detail, ensuring exceptional standards are achieved throughout all your tasks

· Good numeric ability, completing sales correctly and accurately at the till point

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent customer service throughout the store

· Sharing your skills & knowledge with customers to help them provide the best care possible for their pets

· Building & developing your personal knowledge of the pets & products we sell

· Participate in all training and development programmes provided by Equipet

· Achieving all sales targets set out by your store manager

· Maintaining excellent visual standards on the shop floor at all times

· Ensure that all Health & Safety policies & procedures are complied with in all daily activities
