Specific Duties:

• Manage assigned accounts to meet creation, printing, and mailing of ID Cards

• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within an area of expertise.

• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.

• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area

• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Must have qualifications/experience:

• Highschool Diploma or GED or equivalent

• Preferred Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

• Healthcare and Implementation experience is ideal.

• Demonstrated high integrity and ethical behavior and compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and policies

• Medical Terminology

• Experience working in a fast paced team environment

Remote/Onsite: Remote in EST

Shift Start/End Time: 8am-4pm EST and overtime as needed
