Assistant for Real Estate Office
Desired Experience:
Experience as either an administrative assistant, office work, transaction coordinator, real estate agent, loan processor, title/escrow, or executive assistant.
Description:
You will be working as an administrative assistant for a busy Real Estate office. You will be working with internal clients—independent contractors and external clients. Base salary TBD depends on experience and licensing.
Example of some daily tasks:
· Schedule: Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays, as needed.
· Opening and closing the office with daily checklists.
· Supply inventory and equipment checkout/check-in.
· Daily spreadsheets and lead follow up.
· Follow up with internal referral leads, website leads, paid leads, and ad leads.
· Data Entry and CRM follow up.
· Task lists and file compliance.
· Daily correspondence with current and new clients.
· Appointment setting and scheduling.
· Order marketing materials.
· Use of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel (An absolute must).
· Professional attire required
· Work Authorized United States (Required)
· Other duties as assigned by leadership.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel are a must.

· Detail-oriented –compliance and forms.
