Our Engineering division has a permanent opportunity for an Operational Technology Software Engineer (.NET Technologies), to be based in Brisbane (Newstead), Rockhampton or Townsville locations, and are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates.
The OT Software Engineer provides specialised Software Engineering capacities across the DMS Platform. The DMS Platform is responsible for software development on, and support of, a variety of applications and systems used in the configuration and control of Engineering systems used in electricity distribution and applications used in electricity grid work-flow management. The role of an OT Software Engineer is based on technical specialities. To be successful in this particular role you must have a demonstrated mastery of several .NET technologies and significant experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Experience in software development within the energy industry is highly desirable.

The position has been evaluated as Professional & Managerial Grade Two (PM2). Remuneration will range from $129,569 to $168,253 per annum, plus superannuation. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2020.
