Our Exciting Opportunity

Looking for a fantastic early career opportunity in digital marketing ? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Digital Communications Coordinator to help coordinate and implement our social and digital activities across Europe, Russia and Latin America (MELA).

What you will do

• Support and activate local and regional marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels (i.e. web, email, social media)
• Ensure all digital activity is on brand, targeted to our audiences, delivered on time and presented to the highest standard.
• Initiate, design, manage and implement across digital platforms and tools, including company website, performance marketing and CRM.
• Support the delivery of key initiatives that drive awareness, perception and demand generation for the Ericsson brand in our region and support our local customer units (CU) to deliver against our business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and help build end-to-end digital experiences for our customers.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Social Media Manager to ensure alignment to strategy and priorities
• Website, landing pages and microsites support. Ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date and optimised for SEO. Enforcing tagging, processes and naming conventions
• Set-up, maintain and manage social listening dashboards. Run and manage social channels, content editing and publishing
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing platforms and campaigns against KPIs
• Reporting of key digital metrics such as leads, contacts, click-to-open rates and content engagement across owned channels
• Analysing data held within the CRM systems to best deal with reports and analytics requests
• Using our search tools to gather SEO insight and keyword research for campaigns
• Work with our central, CU and in-house marketing automation team to support the implement of email campaigns, UTM tracking, reporting, database health and accuracy of data
• Support the delivery for MELA customer and internal newsletters

You will bring

• Proven experience working in a B2B environment, with digital experience and University degree, or equivalent training
• Experience in digital marketing & communications, social media and campaign execution working with digital tools, platforms and processes, and provide feedback on how the operational processes are working.
• Digital Marketing Certification is a strong advantage
• An analytical eye. A good understanding of marketing performance metrics and how to extract insight out of data
• Good project management skills with ability to prioritize workload and conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional team-player who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and matrixed global organization
• Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese
