This is Andre, CTO at Erudit! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our fully remote development team at Erudit, and help us take our product to the next level.

? About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining quality code across our infra, backend and frontend stacks. You will be comfortable working remotely, and verbal communication in English is required, with a good understanding of Spanish as a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable backend systems using TypeScript, SOA, and Hexagonal Architecture (Ports and Adapters) to provide maintainability and modularity
• Work with DynamoDB w/ Single Table Design to optimize database performance and scalability
• Implement TRPC for efficient communication between services
• Use AWS CDK and Docker for deployment and management of backend services
• Develop and maintain SPAs using React, Redux, React-Query, Jotai, and Zustand
• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and security of systems

? You are a good fit if you have:

• +5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with SOA and Hexagonal Architecture (Ports and Adapters)
• Experience with DynamoDB w/ Single Table Design
• Familiarity with AWS CDK and Docker
• Knowledge of React, Redux, React-Query, Jotai, and Zustand
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
