Position Description
ESB Smart Energy Services (SES) develops and delivers an integrated energy management solution for large energy users in the UK and Ireland. SES are seeking an experienced and energetic customer solutions manager to help us manage and grow our key customer accounts. The Customer Solutions Manager is a customer centric role requiring close collaboration and engagement with each customer to design, develop and deliver the best technical and commercial solution to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will be based in our Cork/Dublin office in line with ESB’s Smarter working Policy but will spend time working on client sites across other parts of Ireland and GB. Some international travel may be required from time to time.
ESB is committed to offering flexibility in ways of working and we call that Smart Working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible and remote ways of working.
The successful candidate may combine remote / smart working within the jurisdiction, with attendance at base for in-person collaboration, the frequency of which is agreed with the manager and subject to ongoing review.
ESB is one of the founding members of The Remote Alliance – a new initiative established by the social enterprise Grow Remote. Working with other like-minded members, we’ve committed to developing solutions that will ensure remote and hybrid working can become a sustainable part of our business.

€50,000- €60,000 per annum.
