– Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.

– Review documents such as purchase orders, job tickets, or other records to compute fees or charges due.

– Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data such as employee time for payroll or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.

– Keep records of invoices and support documents.

– Resolve discrepancies with invoices such as missing purchase order number or other information required to process the invoice.

– Type billing documents, shipping labels, or credit memorandums.

– Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.

– Compute credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, or rates for goods or services to complete billing documents.

– Call customers regarding collecting on past due invoices.

– Resolve customer complaints or answer customers questions regarding policies and procedures.

– Answer and route incoming calls, visitors, and mail items.

– Assist with general office responsibilities as they arise.

– Ability to work overtime as needed.

** Pay negotiable depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
