Job Description:
Under the supervision of Nurse Management, this position assesses plans, facilitates and evaluates the coordination of patient care according to organizational policies and procedures. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs while ensuring high quality care and customer service . May provide patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of their license, certification, registration, and/or assessed competencies. Practice will be in accordance with laws and regulations and will adhere to established policies, procedures and practice guidelines. Work Experience: Prior experience in supervisory role desirable

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
West- Fargo: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Dakota upon hire. Ability to obtain RN License in MN required within 3 months of hire (excluding department 13401, 13181 and 12281)
