Buyer Indirect Sales and Marketing

About the Role

Coordinate and manage the indirect procurement requirements goods and/or services in accordance with the internal policies and procedures established by Essity, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Always looking for suppliers that offer the best QCD (quality, cost, delivery).

What you Will DO

• Oversee compliance procurement indirect procedures and policies that Essity´s established.

• Responsible for indirect requirements of goods and services for Essity’s operation, ensuring QCD (quality, cost, delivery), where applicable.

• Manage agreements of services and/or purchase of indirect goods where applicable.

• Supplier development with stakeholder, to detect potential improvements, in goods or services for Indirect Procurement.

• Ensure goods and services are placed with the highest quality, best possible price, applying, if necessary, bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.

• Ensure goods and services are purchased with the highest quality, best possible price, if it´s necessary; bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.

• Follow up of quality issues, returns, requests credit notes and final set up in system.

• Give feedback to suppliers when required.

• Work in close collaboration with all stakeholders involved for the achievement for Essity KPI´s.

• To deal with customer/suppliers complains

• Proactive seek cost savings opportunities through analyzing current operations and data in conjunction with the sourcing manager.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree: international business, administration or similar.
• Language: English intermated at least.
• At least 5 years of experience in Indirect procurement.
• Management and knowledge: SAP, Ariba, office
