RM Warehouse Leader

The DL is responsible for the results of operations, as well as the development of the employees in his area and is the point of contact between Management and Staff, so he must keep the interests of the company in mind.

3 years of experience in warehouses, performing leadership activities.
Education: Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration, Logistics or related career, preferably with a degree.
Personnel management (more than 30 people)
Knowledge in: SAP, WMS, advanced Excel, statistics, security, quality, process management, continuous improvement (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, SMED, etc), ISO regulations (059, 241, COFEPRIS)
Desirable: intermediate English

What You Will Do

• Establishes, supervises and improves processes in accordance with statistical process control methodologies.
• Provides resources and is responsible for the budget of its mini business unit for the execution of activities.
• Manages the resources of its mini business unit, taking into account the cost analysis (losses, materials, spare parts, etc.).
• He is responsible for the analysis of technical deficiencies in his area, continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable way through root cause analysis and standardization, to improve results.
• Train and guide operational teams to improve their behavior in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
• Ensures that the performance process is carried out in a timely manner, in addition to providing positive and timely feedback with the staff in charge.
• Manages, establishes, monitors and cascades the KPI’s defined by the company.
• Manage KRONOS avoiding incidents effectively.
• It is the point of contact for the analysis of data provided by Operation, Planning and Raw Material Warehouse, to carry out crossings on platforms (SAP, WMS).
