Hiring Immediately: Full-time Customer Service Clerk

Join the nation’s largest, privately-owned freight carrier as a Customer Clerk I. Based in the fast-paced environment of our Winchester, VA terminal, this role provides customer service support and shipping assistance. Other duties include administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scanning documents.

We’re looking for someone with great customer service and multi-tasking skills who is friendly, reliable and willing to learn. This position has a 9:30 am start time.

Qualifications Summary:

• Previous experience in the LTL industry is a plus but not required

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (AS400 experience preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills

• Capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
