About the Role:
As the Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and growing Ettika’s social media platforms. You’ll assist in content creation, engagement, analytics, and executing campaigns to build a strong online community and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged posts, fostering a sense of community.
Monitor and report on social media metrics and campaign performance.
Research current trends, hashtags, and content ideas to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
Help coordinate and organize influencer collaborations, including gifting and tracking posts.
Maintain a content calendar, ensuring posts align with brand strategy and key marketing initiatives.
Source and edit photos, videos, and graphics for social media.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in social media management or marketing (internships included).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and community building.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
