EUL Hiring for Clerical and Administrative Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks as needed
• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the Accounting Department
• Serve as a backup to the Sales Department Cashier
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard
• Superior written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Skills:

• Must be self-motivated, outgoing with the ability to deal with the public.
• Must be detail oriented; accuracy is a must.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and supervisors.
• Ability to exercise tactfulness and calmness in stressful situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $54,500.00 – $60,589.00 per year
