LIMS Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an LIMS Administrator to join our IT team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Job Description
The LIMS Administrator will join our Applications Team in providing support to users of our Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). The role will also include collaborating and working with the team on projects relating to the LIS and other applications under the Applications Team scope. This role requires collaboration with not just our IT team, but our internal users and clients and we hope to attract someone with experience using Laboratory Information System. If you have knowledge of OpenLabs, this would be an advantage. You will be identifying and prioritising customer support queries and escalate tickets to other technical resources as appropriate. Working through customer queries & plans of action. Using all technical resources to assist with all user requests.

Qualifications
Education
Related Computer qualification or relevant experience supporting Laboratory Information Systems
Experience
Experience using Laboratory Information System. Knowledge of OpenLabs an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Laboratory Operations Experience an advantage
Knowledge
Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Proficient Computer skills including Windows and Office.
SQL or other database query knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of Laboratory processes in a regulated Laboratory environment and experience in providing solutions aligned with GMP.
Desirable to have strong understanding of database systems such as SQL and/or Oracle.
Skills and Abilities
Good attention to detail.
Approach to problem solving, decision making.
Strong Team Player who enjoys working in a fast-growing international company.
Fluency in the English Language.
Strong Oral, Written and Communication skills.
