Job Description

The purpose of this role is to process customer samples while maintaining consistent customer service, efficiency, quality and accuracy standards as required by the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for accurately logging samples into the LIMs system in a timely manner.

Responsible for the taking in of customer samples, sorting and labelling them while ensuring that the correct information is recorded onto the LIMS system for samples that are to be analysed.

Responsible for sub-contracting samples as required, sorting, labelling, tracking of samples and results.

Responsible for handling any customer related queries where necessary and liaising with their team to problem solve these queries if needed.

Responsible for making any necessary changes to the Lims system.

Qualifications

NCEA certificate in a related discipline or administrative qualification is preferable.
