The Customer Service Representatives ensures that clients receive clear communication, good service, and fast turn-around times consistent with superior analytical testing services. Appropriate follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction is required.

• Responsible for facilitating the processing of client samples and the exchange of information between clients and the scientific laboratory staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer entries regarding samples, tests and client information using respective custom software
• Report confidential test results to clients by phone, fax, and e-mail. Disseminate other relevant information to clients as needed
• Assist clients by providing the best possible and timely feedback with all their needs related to sample receipt, reports of analysis and other pertinent documentation.
• Answer phone calls or redirect them as appropriate

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Proactive, team-oriented problem solver
• Some experience in a science related field preferred but not required
• Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• HS diploma required
• Related 2-year (Associates) or 4-year (Bachelors) college degree is desirable but not required
• At least three years of experience in a similar position
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
