Position Summary:

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for building and maintaining superior customer relations with assigned clients. The Program Manager will work in close collaboration with the client, creating customized research solutions to fit the client specific business needs and generate insights that are meaningful and actionable.

The specific accountabilities assigned to this position are numerous and varied but six areas are of particular focus:

• Build and maintain superior customer relationships for loyalty and business growth
• Design and sell customized research solutions using Eurofins tools and capabilities.
• Provide Eurofins support teams with the design specifications necessary for efficient development of client specific procedures and helps implement plans.
• Interpret research results, draft Power Point presentations & reports including KPI & spend information for clients, and communicates insights and implications to the client.
• Monitor project scope changes and communicate cost implications to the client in a clear, timely and proactive manner.
• Be proactive in identifying unmet client needs and advancing them as potential new research service opportunities for Eurofins.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position represents Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison (EFCT) as the key contact with current and new clients. The Program Leader is expected to win business and cultivate client relationships by fostering best in class service.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

• Minimum of 5 years CRO, food or pharma-related experience
• Preferred candidate would have 5+ years of advanced science experience along with customer-facing interactions.

Education/Experience (BMQ):

• Bachelor degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Advanced degrees in food science preferred.
