The Laboratory Synthesis Technician (LST) primary task is to sustain efficient production flow in the manufacturing synthesis laboratory by maintaining the chemical reagent supply of all instruments.
LST receives sufficient authority from Laboratory Manager or Shift Lead for the successful completion of assigned duties and responsibilities in the manufacturing synthesis lab. The Laboratory Synthesis Technician is expected to gain enough expertise to take actions necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position and to identify the occurrence of departures from the quality system or from the procedures for performing tests and/or calibrations, so long as such action does not deviate from established company guidelines, is consistent with sound technical and business judgment, and follows the practices of the laboratory.

This position is seeking candidates that are open to working Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, 3:00pm – 11:30pm, and 11:00pm – 7:30am. There is a 10% differential for 2nd shift and a 15% differential for 3rd shift, in addition to a base pay.
