QMS Administrator Role:

• Eurofins Genomics is currently looking into implementing a new eQMS (EtQ) to replace its paper based quality management system.
• This role will work with the Quality Manager to oversee the implementation activities and data transfer.
• Following implementation, this role will assist departments with change control, record management, training, and other areas of the QMS.
• This position exercises independent judgment routinely and operates within established guidelines
• Support corporate objectives and quality assurance goals and objectives for future development, growth, and improvement of the company overall
• Support the development and implementation of quality management strategies and policies supporting the mission and expectations
• Ensure site’s quality documents are created, reviewed, and stored in accordance with corresponding policies
• Lead site’s communication, awareness, use and regular review and revision of documented procedures
• Support internal and external audits from customers and regulatory bodies
• Performs other tasks as required

• High School graduate or equivalent, Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degrees preferred
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Excel
• Experience working in a FDA regulated industry desired
• Experience working with EtQ or other QMS software desired
• Demonstrates sound judgment and willingness to contribute as a team member
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels and functions of the organization and with customers.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, and fast paced environment.

Position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
