Employee Responsibilities:

• Support Product Quality Reports (PQR’s) and streamline the process
• Write Quality Records such as EM excursions, EM trends, Deviation, CAPA, Change Control and Test Methods
• Additional responsibilities may include running test samples for in-process, lot release and stability studies; review assays, & train others
• Support special projects such as process improvements, method transfers, new instruments, and method qualifications.

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Significant experience working in a GMP lab
• Significant experience in biopharma
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of OE principles
• Advanced degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or equivalent science field

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in a GMP lab environment
• Experience reviewing and writing quality reports
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or equivalent science field
