Job Requirement:

Liaising with site technicians and customer appointments

Liaising with customer grants and administration regarding customer appointments

Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use

Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team

Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers and serve customers by providing product and service information

Accurately maintain customer records by updating account information

Ensure inbound calls and emails are answered in a timely and professional manner

Sending invoices to clients and chasing them when necessary for any outstanding payments

Posting of bank entries

Preparation of reports on request

Supporting the business on all day-to-day admin

Experience:

2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team

Strong verbal communication skills in the English language

Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision

Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail

Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment

The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Highly organised, motivated and work on own initiative as well as part of a team

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Accounts/data entry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €11.00-€14.00 per hour
