Receptionist / Administrative Secretary
We’re looking for an accommodating, selfless team player to manage and handle the following responsibilities in our Richmond office:
- Answering calls from tenants/owners/vendors/prospects
- Handling walk-ins
- Invoicing utility bills
- Navigating software platforms for internal communication
- Processing rent checks
This position requires a lot of communication, attention to detail, and a high level of follow-thru. We want you to be friendly, engaging, and an expert on building relationships. Working with people should be effortless!
We have so much opportunity right now which also equates to a lot happening. Having said that, we need you to be ok operating in a fast-paced environment. You must have an innate sense of urgency and possess a willingness to get things done asap!
If you’re NOT an accurate or dependable person, this IS NOT for you. Just know that you will be trained properly so there will be no micromanagement. We feel if we’re having to micromanage you, we’ve made a bad decision in the hiring process. I promise that you will be provided with good training and a good direction!
