• Registered Massage Therapy

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in patients

• Scheduling appointments for patients

• Answering phone calls / email correspondence with patients and associated health insurance providers

• Invoicing / billing to ICBC and extended health insurers

• Processing and collecting payments

• Working with practitioners on administrative requests

• Monitor and assist with the general tidiness of the clinic

The below experience is NOT required but is considered an asset to the job:

• Previous experience in customer service / reception

• Experience with Janeapp billing / scheduling system

• Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Second language (Punjabi / Hindi)
