Excel Facility Services is looking for a janitor to be able to service location(s) in the Bordentown NJ area
Job Summary:
As a Main Janitor, you will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, performing periodic detailed cleaning such as window or wall washing.
Janitor’s Responsibilities:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
- Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition
- Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
Skills and Education Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently as needed.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
