Customer Service Agent

****Location is Sandyford Business Park, South Dublin, near the green Luas and M50 with free onsite parking****

Option to work Full-Time or Part-time 3 days per week (flexible).

My client, a unique Indoor Fun Centre is recruiting a Customer Service Agent to assist customers over the phone, email and via their website – they will take bookings and queries for all of their three locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and energetic environment. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and salary is up to €27k negotiable but must reflect experience.

This job involves some administration and outbounding to follow up and confirm bookings.

I am looking for a bubbly, confident person with a can-do attitude who can deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities for the job of Customer Service Agent

• Processing classes, party and event bookings for 3 locations
• Dealing with any cancellations or queries
• Managing customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with the centre managers
• Small amount of admin duties
