• Manage and support the Finance Analyst in preparing standardized monthly reports related to Operations performance including financial and non-financial metrics.
• Partner with various Functional Leaders to improve visibility in functional spending and operations metrics. Present spending trends and actionable insights to business partners regularly to drive profitabililty.
• Working with the global IT Team supporting Operations, drive automation and business system enhancements in the KPI reporting system and the new Excelitas Operations System.
• Work with the global IT team and Functional teams within operations to set standards and drive data accuracy in business warehouse system and specific reporting applications. Improve the integrity and consistency of financial data across the various reporting systems.
• Drive improvement and standardization of business and financial processes across the 17 Excelitas manufacturing sites
• Partner with Advanced Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other functional teams in the Asia region to define and implement continuous improvement or spend reduction projects. Support in distilling data, modelling, decision making and financial savings validations.
• Create various reports and financial models that allow stakeholders to make informed business decisions and drive growth and improve profitability.
• Support team members located in other time zones by attending conference calls when needed and communicating timely.
• Generate ad hoc reports and work on special projects as needed.

Requirements

This role will report to the VP Finance for Operations, and will have a Financial Analyst reporting to him/her. You will use a wide array of systems and analytical tools to provide insightful management reports to senior operations and finance business partners. You will drive and support business system enhancements, automation improvements and standardization of processes. You will partner with both global and domestic Finance, Advanced Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to drive operations improvement projects and support decision making and savings validation. The role has several opportunities for widening responsibilities in the future depending on the capabilities and ambitions of the selected candidate.
