Excelitas Technologies Hiring for QA Inspector Job at Singapore , Singapore Full Time
- Perform First Article Test (FAT ) and First Article Inspection (FAI ).
- Handling measuring equipments.
- Perform incoming inspection and evaluate disposition for IQA non-conforming defect.
- Records QA inspection data into respective inpection report
- Enter QA inspection data into respective Data Base system.
- Verification of Inspection report (ATR) and duly authorizing the same.
- Support NCCR activities and disposition from production returns.
- Undertake additional QA responsibilities as and when required.
- Time management (Over Time) with respect to parts to meet Incoming inspection TAT.
- Plan Leave in advance and update work status to section incharge before leave period.
- Read and follow relevant Work instruction and SOP.
- Highlight issues to Section In-charge & seek help to solve the issues on daily basis.
- Provide support to Section Leader on planning for urgent jobs.
- Liase with Section in-charge for technical clarification.
- Monitor proper maintenance and basic calibration of measuring equipment
- Undertake additional QA responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements
This role will ensure quality product conforms accordingly to drawing specification. This role will report to the Section Leader and will provide all support related to Inspection Result, Daily Output, Inspection Report and other related documentations. *This role is also responsible for training of new QA Technicians & Inspector and maintaining Quality Records as per customer requirement.
