Executive Assistant to Director Full Time

This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in a busy, fast past role alongside an agent that delivers exceptional service and results.
  
The Role:
This is a busy role working within a highly successful principal that will challenge and excite you. On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for a small team:

• Diary Management/organise appointments
• Attending meetings with photographers and stylists 
• Liaise with vendors, client services 
• Database entry and management
• Auction and open home preparation 
• Conducting pre settlements and settlements of properties
• Property Appraisal preparation 
• Administration support
• Project manage renovations and property styling pre-sale 
• Coordinating open homes
• Database maintenance
• Maintaining Current Listing Spreadsheet
• Mailouts and marketing collateral
• Vendor reporting
• Calendar & Diary management

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Direct experience in a PA/EA role supporting a high profile Sales Agent 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong administration and communication skills
