Exeter Family Dentistry Hiring for Front Desk Patient Coordinator at Exeter, CA Full Time

We are seeking a patient coordinator. This person will be experienced in patient relations, scheduling/confirming appointments, answering phone calls, answering patient questions, verifying insuance benefits via online portals and phone calls, preparing and explaining treatment estimates, registering new patients, posting treatment performed. Successful candidate must have administrative experience and good computer skills. A candidate that is fluent in Spanish would be a plus. Must have good written and verbal skills. We use Eaglesoft for our practice management, experience with this software is not necessary, but beneficial. We offer a supportive working environment with a team that is focused on doing what’s best for our patients. MUST have dental experience. At least 2 years experience in dental front office is preferred. This position is open immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
