User Experience Researcher III

We are seeking a new member to craft and carry out studies in the USA, UK and beyond.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with design and product teams, you will develop our human-centered strategy, putting a deep understanding of travelers at its heart
• Use a range of methods to bring user needs, attitudes and behaviors to life, you will collaborate in the iteration of concepts to deliver the best possible experiences
• Offer hybrid working and beautiful offices, you’ll be able to do brilliant work that makes a real difference and have fun doing it

Who you are:

• Master’s or PhD or equivalent experience; Human-Computer Interaction (HCI); human factors, psychology degree or relevant experience is applicable
• Expert in at least a few of the following methodologies including usability studies (lab and remote), biometrics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, and experimental design
• Able to moderate or field research studies, analyze data, report on research, and contribute to research design with minimal or no supervision
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of human-centered design including research moderation or fielding, research design, data analysis and research reporting
• Familiar with advanced research methodologies
