Scope of Position: Typical tasks include working directly with importers, air/ocean carriers and government agencies to facilitate the compliant and timely entry of imported merchandise. Industry experience is not required and candidates should expect intensive company and industry training.

Work hours would either be 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm. We are looking for someone with street-smarts, hustle, exceptional customer service and a desire to grow, improve and learn.

Major Responsibilities

• Pro-active customer service and personal development

• Document review and data entry

• Pro-active customer updates

• Compliance with Expeditors Policy, Government and Industry regulations.

Requirements & Expectations

• Positive attitude Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, e-mail and various PC based software

• Willingness to learn and develop the Industry skills
