Day-to-Day responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Data Entry
• Manage front line communications with customers
• Facilitate customer bookings and complete booking instructions
• Track & Trace freight
• Make and manage bookings with service providers
• Understand and manage documents (bills of lading, commercial documents, etc)
• Bill for services, understanding costs and financial impact
• Learn and follow industry regulatory compliance requirements (IATA, TSA, FMC, CBP)
• Troubleshoot and problem solve as daily needs arise.
• Support our business operations wherever needed.
• Meet company standards of 52 hours of training per year.
