The Benefit Charge Audit Team Clerk is a key part of this team. The Clerk is responsible for logging in to state unemployment tax portals and pulling client benefit charge statements so they can be scanned and loaded to our database. This person may also be responsible for data entry into templates as well as other clerical responsibilities that may arise.
