Job Description
In the Senior Relationship Manager role, you will maintain and expand business relationships, create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and build revenue with assigned clients using data, analytics, and solutions across Experian. You will maintain close strategic partnerships across the client organization, understanding client KPI’s and success metrics and business operations, market challenges and short-term initiatives. This will include supporting sales presentations and proposals to use Experian solutions in a way that improves client revenues, return on operations, reduces risk, and lowers expenses. You will gain trust through credibility, reliability, business intimacy and customer centricity. Partner with sales resources to exceed revenue goals.
