The company provides a range of services to small business owners, students, and individuals, which includes an e-commerce website for farm products, a freelance platform, a handyman platform, an automatic dialer, and more. Currently, Exploit is seeking job seekers to join its team and help manage its newly built natural farm products.

We are looking for a highly motivated Payment Gateway Verifier to join our team. As a Payment Gateway Verifier, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer payments are processed accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the payment process and ensure that our customers have a seamless payment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify customer payments via the company’s payment gateway.
• Ensure that payments are processed accurately, securely, and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the payment process.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in payment verification or related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with payment gateway systems.
• Knowledge of payment processing regulations.
