Looking for an opportunity with true purpose?**
We’re recruiting for a new inspirational leader in our Leamington Spa centre, who is ready to make an impact in children’s education.
Becoming an Education Centre Manager with Explore Learning means joining an impactful and ambitious organisation, whilst unlocking lightbulb moments in others, everyday.
We believe that quality education for children and young people essential, and more than ever, children need opportunities to grow and develop in confidence. That’s why since 2001, we’ve worked with over 300,000 children to achieve their potential, and we have no intention of stopping – our goal is to continue to provide a service which not only impacts young people academically, but also to develop a love for learning.
What will you experience as an education centre manager with Explore Learning?
What does a typical week look like?
When it comes to delivering our fantastic service to families, we believe that having centres which are accessible and flexible to people from all walks of life is incredibly important. To ensure we achieve this, our centres are open 5 or 6 days in the week, and our members can attend sessions after school between 3pm – 8pm, and on a Saturday between 9am – 5pm. During the week, you’ll open up at 11am so you have time to focus on making sure the centre is the best it can be before your members arrive at 3.
As a full time manager, your typical working pattern will be Tuesday – Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are your days off to enjoy and switch off from the hustle and bustle of centre life. Some centres have the flexibility of Managers working 2-3 days per week, so please reach out if you’d like to work part time.
Apply now to lead our team, impact children’s education and influence commercial success.
