Express Employment Professionals Hiring for Receptionist at Sacramento, CA Full Time

A local company out of Sacramento is searching for a Receptionist who will have core responsibilities that include filing, customer service, and data entry. Position is full time, long term!

Receptionist highlights:

• Answering phone calls and messages
• Entering bills into Folio
• Perform filing and data entry
• Support office of 5-6 people
• Assist tenants and maintenance employees with questions as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What we look for in a Receptionist:

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience working with Folio preferred
• Excel, Outlook, Word, Google Docs
• Professional and ability to multi-task

Pay: $18-$20/hour, DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
