Qualifications:

• Answer Multi-line phone system
• Inside Sales
• Sales Assistant
• Customer Service
• Ability to meet deadlines and organize work priorities
• MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/ERP preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish would be ideal
• High School Diploma or GED

• Customer Service experience in a business setting (preferably industrial or manufacturing)
• Provide technical knowledge to qualified customers upon request and emphasize selling features, quotes, prices, and prepares sales orders
• Process order entry, order management and handle emails
• Proper order entry of system information into ERP system
• Distribute incoming faxes, process timesheets, create and update work orders, work on Health and Safety procedures
• Provide proactive customer service to build and maintain customer relationships

M-F 8a-5pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
