Express Employment Professionals is currently searching for a Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s expanding transportation and logistics business in Dartmouth. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with departments, terminals, and customers to ensure freight is moved efficiently and effectively
• Accurately receive customer orders
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Update spreadsheets and prepare reports
• Prepare, record, and communicate client invoices
• Enter shipping and receiving information into the warehouse management system

Requirements:

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Good multi-tasking and communication skills
• Time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Own transportation is preferred
• Must be available to work both day and evening shifts
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong typing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Our client Offers:

• Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and some 3pm-12am shifts as needed
• Pay rate is $16.00-16.50 per hour
